Bent latch pin. Hydraulic oil leaks from cylinder rod end. Platform will not raise to full raised position. Platform will not raise, liftgate motor does run. Platform will not raise, motor does NOT run. Platform lifts little or no load & platform drifts down when raised off ground, motor does run.
