What is address accelerator?
AddressAccelerator is a set of files that you load locally to standardize addresses as they are entered. These can either be found on the Downloads page of the Blackbaud website or we can send a DVD to your organization.

To standardize without a database:
- Get the address that you wish to standardize.
- Identify any spelling and formatting errors.
- Correct address spelling and formats according to the USPS standard.
- Correct capitalization and letter casing (USPS will accept Proper Case and UPPERCASE formats).

- Log in as a local administrator and validate an address to update the postal tools on the workstation.
