What to do about a leak under the drivers side dash?

-Silicone caulking (for metal) inside the cowl gutter, over the old seal that you can see in the pictures I posted above (I actually did this last night). I feel that this will fix the leak from under the drivers side dash. I will get to test this tonight after it has cured for about 24 hours.

Can a check valve be replaced at the firewall?

Click to expand… Yes, all engine lines have been replaced abd the check valves are good. The problem is that line that goes through the fire wall broke at the firewall and was cracked in several places. So how do I now replace the line and get to it on the inside of the cab?

Second thought, re-rout the line through another firewall penetration and butt splice it under the dash on the other side of the fitting. Usually for these types of fittings, the best thing to do is look into Dorman’s line of inventory.
