Can I dye my pet rat?
Food coloring is acceptable, and with vinegar as a fixative, works okay. There are some pet coloring products out (mainly used for dogs, applieing to rats would be difficult, but no impossible) but I would stick with the food coloring. Pour it over the rat over and over, until you get the desired color.
