What does it mean when your back Pops?
I did not hear the pop, I only felt it, and it wasnt so much of a pop as it was a “shift” that I felt inn my back, like something moved. Immediately after that, I felt strong pain in that area of my back. It hurts my lower back to stand, sit or lay down.
