Heres the problem, the tank is way too small for any fish, it also doesn’t have an established Nitrogen Cycle. The fish is producing too much toxins for the tank to handle. Keep on doing daily water changes, until you can upgrade your tank size. Well, hopefully this little fish will eventually eat.
