We adopted this 4 year old beagle/Jack Russell Terrior mix from the animal shelter one week ago. Since then we’ve notice that she has been licking around her privates and these red spots and bumps on her belly have increased. The picture was taken after we came back from a walk and it was muddy out, so there is some dirt on her (sorry).
