Re: my Guinea pig has a big hard stomach Actually, if she is eating and pooping, she doesn’t have bloat. And a pig with bloat doesn’t act normal, it acts like a pig in pain. For full blow bloat this is absolutely true. If she is acting normal she might just have mild to moderate gas.
