Why is my Guppy swimming near the filter?

Sucked up maybe, we got two more ( Terra and Bubbles) I think he is fine but I just wanted to make sure. Usually swimming in the flow of the filter or at the tanks surface is an indication of a breathing problem. Either the fish was improperly acclimated into the tank. or there is high ammonia, nitrite or nitrate in the tank.
