Why is my safe exam browser not working?
If SEB asks for the Quit Password, you need to ask your exam support for it (see above). If SEB really cannot be quit, you need to force restart or force shutdown your computer. After force restarting your Windows computer, sometimes the SEB Registry Resetter tool must be used. See the manual about more information.

These can be found via File, Open and clicking the Recover Unsaved Documents button found at the very bottom of the Recent File List. Open Word and select File, Options. In the Options dialog box select Save from the left hand menu. Note the AutoRecover files location.
