Since throughout most Europe you can drink at 16 I would say at 15 it’s not any more dangerous to get drunk at 15 than 16. The problem I see though, especially in the States is that drinking as a teenager is taboo and creates a disastrous environment for underage drinkers. Medically being drunk is not healthy.
